Our Philosophy
How We Got Here
When Lambton Financial was originally founded,
its members were united by way of their common bond of employment
at Polymer. When the credit union moved forward with their decision
to become community-based, Lambton Financial’s members
gained a broader bond of association, the community we all call
home, Lambton County.
Over the years, Lambton Financial Credit Union has shown its quality of commitment
to members by continuing to develop and expand its line of financial service
products. Today we offer our members a full range of financial products
always keeping in mind that our members look to us to provide them with the best
possible rates, the most convenient monetary processes and the very best in attentive,
informative, courteous service.
It is the harmony of people working with people to achieve common goals, the
sharing among members in collective achievement, and the human element of connection
and trust that truly distinguishes Lambton Financial Credit Union from other
types of financial institutions. The very principles and needs that lead to the
conception and growth of Lambton Financial will continue to serve as key concepts
in building its future success. Information technology in the modern financial
industry may have outgrown much of the need for people in its daily operations,
but research shows that people have not outgrown the need or desire for that
personal touch when dealing with their financial affairs.
What makes us different from the big banks is our attention
to detail and to you.
When we win, you win. As a Credit Union Member, you're an owner, and as an owner,
you share in the success of the Credit Union. We're on your side. We pride
ourselves on providing friendly, personal service with only your needs at heart.
We'll help you achieve your immediate goals, and also lay the groundwork for
long-term financial health.
