If you already hold a mortgage with us; you can take advantage of our new member mortgage referral promotion. During the time of this promotion members are invited to refer friends or family to LFCU for a mortgage; and in appreciation of that friendly referral, Lambton Financial will offer the person referring a great discount on their own mortgage rate for the remainder of their current term!
All successful referrals will receive 10 basis points off of their remaining term up to five referrals or fifty basis points. Referring members are also eligible to blend and extend their existing mortgage and take advantage of our existing promotion of 25 basis points off our already great rate, and that is a fantastic opportunity for our members!
