Business and Agricultural Mortgage Loans
Mortgage loans are available to purchase land, buildings and improvements, or for reorganization of the business or farming enterprise. We will finance up to 80% of the appraised value depending on the nature of the property.
Amortizations are available up to a maximum of 35 years with terms of 1 to 5 years. Both fixed and floating rates are available.
Payments can be made weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, depending on the type of operation you have and your expected cashflows.
